Based on the popular children’s book, Mr. Popper’s Penguins, featured Jim Carrey getting back to his family comedy roots… and was almost outshined by his six penguin co-stars. 20th Century Fox again tapped us to lead their social media outreach.
We focused our social media work on the official Facebook page, where we tripled the fan count in six weeks by delivering daily content and keeping up conversations across the web (and all without a major online ad buy).
Armed with original content, a lot of video clips and trailers, and an active fanbase for Jim Carrey, the movie opened at #2 and kept up sustainable business in the weeks that followed.
We also notably worked with artist Ariel Vergez to create an infographic showcasing Jim Carrey’s most memorable movie roles.
